We're a friendly (really, we are!) club that trains in Greco-Roman/freestyle wrestling and submission grappling (submission wrestling). We hold regular practice sessions in Central London and in Brighton.
Whether you're a total novice having your first go at wrestling or simply for leisure, keep fit, self defence or if you're a seasoned experienced competition wrestler hopeful to represent our squad in the next tournament, you're very welcome to come along and join in.
